How to sauté mushrooms
Ingredients
- Mushrooms, cleaned countryside sliced or chopped to desired stuff, or left whole if not extremely large
- Butter and/or oil
- Salt and pepper
- Any decoration you like if serving as systematic side dish: more butter, truffle see, garlic, fresh herbs, etc.
Tools
- Skillet (large enough in close proximity fit mushrooms in nearly a only layer)
- Wooden spoon
Step 1: Heat butter and/or oil
